1. Finance Officer
* Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta
* Key Responsibilities: Manage account transactions within SAP, handle reconciliations, perform cost accounting calculations, and oversee monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing reports. You will also coordinate with the Japan headquarters to meet reporting deadlines and support internal and external financial/tax audits, including inventory and fixed asset stock takes.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
* 3–5 years of professional experience in finance.
* Strong proficiency in SAP, presentation tools, and Microsoft Office.
* Solid understanding of cost accounting and general accounting principles.
* Full professional fluency in English (writing, speaking, and listening).
2. Marketing PET Officer
* Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee the importation of core raw materials, manage domestic and export product delivery, and ensure all marketing objectives align with rigorous quality standards.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (manufacturing background is highly preferred).
* Advanced skill set in SAP, presentations, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent English communication skills.
3. Logistics (Warehouse) Officer
* Location: Merak, Cilegon, Banten
* Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan and monitor product distribution, maintain oversight of warehouse operations and inventory levels, and manage material handling workflows.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
* Strong command of the English language.
4. IT (System Infrastructure) Officer
* Location: Merak, Cilegon, Banten
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily server and network operations, conduct planned maintenance, coordinate with third-party vendors, drive digital transformation initiatives, and perform ongoing system evaluations for continuous improvement.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
* Technical expertise in network devices, server virtualization, Windows Server, security applications, data center maintenance, Active Directory, and system administration.
