## Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in these roles, candidates should possess the following attributes:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience:
* For the Sorting Helper position, preference is given to candidates with at least one year of relevant industry experience.
* For Admin and Analyst Helper roles, specific experience in analyzing CPO and kernel quality is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer operations and a solid understanding of basic administrative processes are required for the Admin role.
* Personal Attributes: Applicants must be physically and mentally fit, demonstrate high levels of integrity, maintain a clean behavioral record, and possess a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in Rengat, Riau.
