* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering (Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00).
* Key Skills: Proficient in L&D planning and evaluation, documentation, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Preferred: Two years of relevant HR development experience and certifications such as CTDP or Instructional Design.
2. Officer Data Support (ODS) – Data Management

* Education: D4/Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration.
