We are seeking a visionary Footwear Developer to bring innovative safety shoe concepts to life, blending ergonomic comfort with industrial-grade protection.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive market research to track emerging trends in footwear materials and aesthetic styles.
* Design functional prototypes utilizing advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to build precise 3D models.
* Coordinate closely with manufacturing vendors to produce high-quality sample shoes for evaluation.
* Oversee project budgets, including sourcing and procuring necessary materials and supplies.

Candidate Qualifications
