1. Accounts Payable Officer (Pelaksana Hutang Dagang)

Responsibilities:

* Manage payments to vendors and suppliers.
* Oversee VAT and income tax (PPh) processing.
* Handle administrative documentation and filing for all purchasing activities.
* Verify invoice accuracy and process payments.
* Manage petty cash and reconcile expense reports.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration.
* At least 6 months of relevant experience.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure with high accuracy.

2. Bank Cashier Officer (Pelaksana Kas Bank)

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily business unit transactions and verify branch deposit records.
* Reconcile daily receipts with financial reports.
* Process daily cash vouchers and maintain organized archives.
* Manage physical files related to banking operations for internal reporting.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Financial Management.
* Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Tax Officer (Pelaksana Pajak)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all tax activities comply with Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and national regulations.

* Develop tax planning drafts to ensure regulatory compliance and company cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in taxation.
* Deep understanding of PSAK and current Indonesian tax laws.
* High attention to detail and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

4. Technical Pharmaceutical Staff (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian)

Responsibilities:

* Execute promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
* Provide patient consultations and medication information (Swamedikasi).
* Manage pharmacy inventory and perform stock opname procedures.
* Monitor operational facilities and report equipment maintenance needs.
* Utilize Point of Sales (POS) systems for performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

* Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy.
* Strong pharmacological knowledge and product awareness.

* Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

5. Assistant Pharmacist (Apoteker Pendamping)

Responsibilities:
