## 1. Drafter
As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between architectural vision and physical construction. Your work ensures that every detail of our building projects is executed with precision and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Drawing: Draft architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs based on expert specifications.
* Healthcare Specialization: Assist in designing hospital layouts that meet strict functional and medical standards.
* Revision Management: Update technical drawings based on feedback from project managers, engineers, or on-site changes.
* Collaborative Support: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide technical clarity for contractors and field staff.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs align with national building codes and specific safety/hygiene protocols for healthcare facilities.
* Documentation: Maintain organized, accessible digital and hard-copy records for project audits and future references.
Qualifications and Skills
* Education: Vocational (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a drafter in construction; experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
## 2. Structure Engineer
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Structure Engineer to lead the design and integrity analysis of our building projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Design & Calculation: Develop robust structural designs and calculate building strengths for complex structures.
* Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and building codes (e.g., SNI, ASCE, ACI).
* Project Oversight: Monitor construction implementation to verify that structural integrity matches the design specifications.
* Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present structural findings to stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new technology, and advanced structural analysis techniques.
Essential Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) in Civil Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in building structural design.
* Technical Hard Skills:
* Proficiency in software: ETABS, SAP, STAAD, and Autodesk Revit.
* Strong knowledge of static and dynamic structural analysis.
* Expertise in foundation and upper-structure design.
* Building Information Modeling (BIM) knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
