* Train Conductor (Kondektur) - Diploma 3 (D3)
* Train Dispatcher Assistant (Asisten PPKA) - Diploma 3 (D3)
* Locomotive Driver (Masinis) - Diploma 3 (D3)
* Track and Bridge Maintenance (Pemeliharaan Jalan Rel dan Jembatan) - Diploma 3 (D3)
* Signaling, Telecommunication, and Electricity Maintenance (Pemeliharaan Sintelis) - Diploma 3 (D3) and Diploma 4/Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1)
* Rolling Stock Maintenance (Pemeliharaan Sarana) - Diploma 4/Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1)

Basic Qualifications
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Open to male and female applicants depending on the specific formation requirements.
* Physically and mentally healthy with a clean bill of health.
* Possess a valid diploma or temporary graduation certificate (SKL) adhering to these academic standards:
* Diploma 3 (D3): Minimum GPA of 3.00 with a study program accreditation rating of at least "Very Good (B)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
* Diploma 4 / Bachelor's (D4/S1): Minimum GPA of 3.00 with a study program accreditation rating of "Excellent (A)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
Age Restrictions (As of August 20, 2025)
* Diploma 3 (D3) graduates: Minimum 20 years old and maximum 27 years old.
* Diploma 4 / Bachelor's (D4/S1) graduates: Minimum 21 years old and maximum 30 years old.
Physical Height Requirements
* D3 Conductor: Male minimum 163 cm; Female minimum 160 cm (with proportional weight).
* D3 Train Dispatcher Assistant & Locomotive Driver: Male minimum 163 cm (with proportional weight).
* D3 Track & Bridge Maintenance: Male minimum 160 cm (with proportional weight).
* D3 & D4/S1 Signaling, Telecommunication, & Electricity Maintenance: Male minimum 160 cm; Female minimum 155 cm (with proportional weight).
* D4/S1 Rolling Stock Maintenance: Male minimum 160 cm (with proportional weight).
Background and Legal Standards
* Demonstrate good personal conduct.
* No body piercings (for male applicants) and no tattoos.
* Never involved in the use or distribution of illegal narcotics or psychotropic substances.
* Never sentenced to imprisonment by a court decision with permanent legal force.
* Never dishonorably discharged from KAI Group, its affiliates, or any other institution.
* Must not be married to an active employee of the company upon hiring.
* Fully willing to participate in the complete recruitment selection process and abide by all corporate regulations.
## Special Provisions and Conditions
* Work Placement: Selected candidates must be willing to be stationed across any operational region within the KAI network and accept reassignment based on company needs.
* Placement Determination: Job formations are determined strictly by recruitment test results and organizational demand. Selection locations do not dictate future workplace assignments.
* Graduation Documents: Applicants using a temporary graduation certificate (SKL) must present their original diploma and academic transcripts upon signing the official employment contract if they pass all stages.
* Employment Transition: Successful candidates currently employed elsewhere must secure an official resignation from their previous institution upon acceptance.
## Mandatory Application Documents

7. Valid English proficiency certificate from an accredited institution meeting these minimum scores:
* For Diploma 3 (D3): TOEFL ITP (400), TOEFL PBT/iBT (32), TOEIC (345), or IELTS (4.5).
* For Diploma 4 / Bachelor's (D4/S1): TOEFL ITP (500), TOEFL PBT/iBT (61), TOEIC (500), or IELTS (5.5).
