* Execute and document all health and safety programs in strict alignment with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and prevailing regulatory frameworks.
* Identify potential hazards, conduct rigorous risk assessments, and oversee operational workflows to prevent workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, fires, and explosions.
* Lead emergency response and mitigation efforts in the event of an incident, ensuring swift corrective action and thorough follow-up protocols.
* Evaluate health and safety performance metrics, formulate actionable improvement proposals, and design strategic action plans to elevate corporate safety standards.
* Facilitate seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders regarding safety audits, regulatory inspections (including fire extinguishers, generators, and lightning rods), and compliance reporting.
* Conduct educational campaigns, safety awareness sessions, and routine monitoring to ensure high compliance standards across the entire business district.
* Align departmental achievements with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the Integrated Management System encompassing quality objectives, anti-bribery policies, and occupational health and safety protocols.
* Propose continuous improvement strategies and innovative practices to leadership to optimize health and safety operations.

* Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Public Health.
* Professional Experience: Bring at least 2 (two) years of hands-end experience working specifically within the HSE/K3 sector.

## Essential Skills and Technical Competencies

* Hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certification (Ahli K3 Umum) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
