* Regional Management Specialist: Lead regional growth analysis, develop business strategy proposals, and monitor the implementation of organic business plans.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Regional Management Analyst: Support the regional team by gathering market data, performance metrics, and technical competency information.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience.
* Corporate Development Specialist: Spearhead M&A activities, strategic partnerships, and financial projections (3-ways financial statements).
Requirements:* Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, 5+ years in strategic planning or corporate actions.
* Governance Analyst: Analyze corporate governance, conduct GCG benchmarking, and manage compliance reporting.
Requirements:* Law degree, 2–3 years of experience in governance, compliance, or corporate law.
* Legal Analyst: Perform legal analysis, draft and review contracts, and manage legal risk mitigation.
Requirements:* Law degree, 3+ years of experience.
* HC and Organization Strategy Specialist: Formulate HR strategies, manage organizational structures, and conduct workload/manpower analysis.
Requirements:* Degree in Management/HR/Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of experience.
Operational and Specialized Roles
* Administrative Staff: Manage office agendas, meetings, documentation, and operational correspondence.
Requirements:* Fresh graduates welcome; proficient in MS Office and digital document management.
* Risk Management Analyst: Implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, monitor KRI, and foster a risk-aware culture.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience.
* Sustainability & ESG Analyst: Drive ESG roadmap implementation, manage sustainability reporting, and coordinate ESG rating assessments.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Information Technology and Digital Transformation
* IT Development and Operations Manager: Oversee system development lifecycles, DevOps integration, and ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.
Requirements:* IT/Computer Science degree, 5+ years of managerial experience in IT ops or development.
* IT Security Specialist: Enforce security policies, conduct vulnerability and penetration testing, and mitigate cyber threats.
Requirements:* IT/Cybersecurity degree, 5+ years of experience; certifications like Network+ or CCNA preferred.
* Application Development Specialist: Manage Oracle EBS ERP configuration, customization, and user support.
Requirements:* IT degree, 5+ years in Oracle EBS development and ERP integration.
Leadership and Commercial Roles
* Head of TJSL (CSR) Unit: Lead, plan, and evaluate corporate social responsibility programs in alignment with Ministry of BUMN regulations.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in CSR/Sustainability (3+ years in a leadership role).
* Key Account Management Coordinator: Develop relationships with strategic clients to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
