1. Industrial Relation (Internal Audit) Specialist
This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of organizational integrity and governance.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop internal audit frameworks based on ISO 37000 and integrate ISO 37001 to combat bribery and fraud. You will oversee labor law compliance and provide critical audit reports to management.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, or Industrial Engineering (min. GPA 3.00). Requires at least 5 years of experience in industrial relations or internal auditing.
2. SHE (Safety & Fire) Jr. Specialist
Help us maintain a secure and safe environment for all employees.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop safety policies, manage fire prevention programs, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety training sessions.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in OHS or Environmental Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome; however, prior experience is a plus.
3. Press (Production) Specialist

* Key Responsibilities: Support quality assurance, perform material testing, resolve quality issues through root cause analysis, and contribute to process stability.

5. Maintenance (Press-Body) Specialist

## General Requirements for Applicants
