## Available Positions
1. BIM Coordinator / Engineer
We are looking for a tech-savvy professional to integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM) into our project lifecycles.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing information based on ISO 19650 standards, creating model production plans, and executing integrated BIM workflows to generate accurate shop drawings.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of BIM experience, preferably in building construction.
* Proficiency in Autodesk software, CDE Platforms (BIM 360/ACC), Navisworks, Cubicost, and rendering tools (Lumion/Enscape).
* Educational Background: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering.
* Mandatory: BIM Certification and SKK BIM.
2. Quantity Surveyor
This role focuses on precision in cost management and volume analysis through modern digital frameworks.
* Key Responsibilities: Performing quantity take-offs, developing Budget Plans (RAB), evaluating project progress, and managing construction-phase negotiations.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building projects.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Cubicost is required; proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is preferred.
* Educational Background: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering.
3. Scheduler
The Scheduler ensures that our complex infrastructure projects remain on time and within resource constraints.
* Key Responsibilities: Applying project management frameworks to plan and control project timelines and resource allocation.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a scheduling role within building construction.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
* Educational Background: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering.
4. Mechanical Engineer
We seek an expert to manage complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for our high-rise projects.
* Key Responsibilities: Translating designs into cost estimates, conducting technical calculations for MEP systems, and coordinating across architectural and structural disciplines.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building MEP systems (offices, hospitals, or similar).
* Advanced command of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
* Educational Background: S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
