## Position Overview: Production Operator
We are currently seeking 12 highly motivated individuals to join our production department. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our beverage manufacturing line.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following daily operations:
* Operating high-end production machinery, including mixing, blowing, and packaging equipment.
* Preparing raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) essential for daily production cycles.
* Monitoring the production line in real-time to ensure seamless operation and consistent output quality.
* Performing essential routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
* Compiling accurate production reports at the conclusion of every shift.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a production operator within the beverage manufacturing sector.
* Technical Knowledge: Proven familiarity with PET bottle production machinery.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable integrity, a strong sense of discipline, and a professional work ethic.
* Location: Willingness to be based at our Ciawi facility in Bogor, West Java.
