## The Role: Recruiter (Strategic Talent Acquisition)
As a Recruiter at PT. Hi-Cook Indonesia, you will be the gatekeeper of our corporate culture. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing the high-caliber talent necessary to fuel our continued expansion. Essential Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Your primary duties will include:
* Talent Sourcing and Screening: Executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill various manpower requirements through rigorous screening and candidate selection processes.
* Psychological Assessment Management: Administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests to evaluate the cognitive and behavioral fitness of potential employees.
* Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI): Conducting structured interviews using the BEI technique to gain deep insights into candidate competencies and past performance.
* Operational Reporting: Compiling and maintaining accurate daily recruitment reports to provide the management team with transparent data on hiring progress and metrics.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are seeking a professional who possesses a deep understanding of human behavior and a proven track record in talent acquisition. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology from a reputable university.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
