## Management Trainee: Heavy Equipment Business Consultant
We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our Management Trainee (MT) program. This role is specifically tailored for those who possess the drive to excel as Heavy Equipment Business Consultants.
Program Overview and Expectations
The MT program is an intensive five-month developmental journey designed to equip trainees with the technical knowledge and business acumen necessary to succeed in the heavy equipment sector. We are looking for candidates who are not only eager to learn but are also capable of meeting challenging performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Business, Communication, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Forestry, Agribusiness, or other relevant fields.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Personal Attributes: Must be mature, independent, communicative, target-oriented, and highly adaptable.
* Language Proficiency: A high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
