Position: Trainee GS Project & Trainee GS Operation
As a General Services (GS) Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting operational excellence and infrastructure development across the company.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Project Supervision: Coordinate closely with the civil site team to oversee Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, encompassing facility construction and maintenance, procurement, vendor and contractor management, cost control, as well as timeline and quality monitoring.
* Procurement Management: Handle end-to-end project procurement processes, ranging from vendor sourcing and bid evaluation to strategic negotiation and the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (SPKs), and official contracts.
* Technical Design: Demonstrate proficiency in creating, reading, and interpreting technical designs and drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Adobe, Canva, or other relevant design platforms.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or another closely related field.
* Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic Fresh Graduates as well as professionals with a maximum of two years of relevant work experience.
* Core Competencies: Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
* Personal Attributes: Must be a fast learner, highly adaptable, deeply dedicated, and willing to travel on business trips as operational needs require.
