## Corporate and Supervisory Roles

1. Superintendent SCM & Superintendent Finance
* Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end supply chain flows, optimizing logistics, overseeing procurement budgets, and ensuring material availability to meet operational timelines.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Management; minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the mining sector; proficiency in SAP/Odoo.
2. Supervisor Cost Control & Finance & Accounting Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring project budgets, conducting financial risk assessments, ensuring tax compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; experience in mining cost management; Brevet A&B certification is highly preferred.
3. Supervisor Mineplan Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Developing both short-term and long-term mine plans, analyzing geological data for extraction feasibility, and utilizing specialized design software.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering; minimum 3 years of experience; proficiency in software such as Surpac or MineSight.
4. Supervisor SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment)
* Key Responsibilities: Driving safety compliance, investigating site incidents, managing environmental protection protocols, and conducting safety training drills.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS or Environmental Science; certifications in POP, K3, or SMKP; at least 3 years of experience.
## Technical and Maintenance Roles
To maintain our high productivity rates, we require skilled professionals to manage our heavy equipment fleet and logistical infrastructure.
* Maintenance Planner: Responsible for scheduling equipment maintenance and coordinating resources to minimize downtime. Requires a degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering and 3+ years of experience.
* Foreman (Production, Fuel, and Dispatch): Focused on daily operational targets, fuel distribution efficiency, and the seamless coordination of material movement.
* Specialized Technical Roles: We are hiring Mechanics (A2B/DT), Auto Electricians, Tyremen, Surveyors, and Welders (BNSP certified). These roles ensure the mechanical integrity and structural safety of our machinery.
## Heavy Equipment Operator Positions
We are currently recruiting experienced operators to join our Kalimantan sites. Applicants must hold a valid SIM B2 or B2 General license, with SIO (Operator License) holders receiving priority consideration.
Available Operating Roles:
* Excavator: Small (20–50 tons) and Large (80 tons) units.
* Earthmoving: Grader, Dozer (D6/D85), and Compactor operators.
* Transport & Support: Dump Truck (Hino 500/700), Articulated Dump Truck (ADT), Water Truck, Fuel Truck, Lube Truck, and LGMG/SKT operators.
* Personnel Transport: Driver Manhaul (requires experience in safe passenger transport).
