Candidate Requirements
To ensure we select the best candidates, we look for individuals who possess a blend of academic achievement, communication skills, and adaptability:
* Education: Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) diploma. Candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering are highly encouraged to apply.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 for university graduates.
* Language Proficiency: A strong command of English is required. For university graduates, a TOEFL/TOEIC score of 500 is considered a significant advantage.
* Communication: Candidates must demonstrate excellent public speaking abilities, be highly active, and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
* Leadership: Demonstrated involvement in school or university organizations (internal or external) is highly valued.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at any of our company development sites.
* Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch is considered an additional asset for international business operations.
