Key Requirements
To ensure our team continues to operate at the highest level of efficiency, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a D3, D4, or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a closely related field.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in maintenance or leadership roles is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
* Skillsets:
* Mechanical: Comprehensive knowledge of gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical components.
* Electrical: Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams, PLC systems, electrical panels, and star-delta configurations.
* Core Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, proactive problem-solving skills, and natural leadership capabilities.
