## Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work
As a participant in the LEDP, you will be deeply involved in the legal operations that sustain our mining activities. Your responsibilities will include:

* Operational & Licensing Expertise: Mastering the intricate landscape of permits for coal mining, forestry, and oil palm plantations.
* Legal Advisory: Providing authoritative legal opinions and resolving diverse challenges ranging from civil and criminal matters to administrative litigation.
* Corporate Strategy: Contributing to significant corporate actions, including mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, and comprehensive legal due diligence.
* Risk Management: Implementing risk management strategies related to coal production and infrastructure construction projects.
* Stakeholder Relations: Managing professional interactions with government agencies—such as the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources—and various private stakeholders to ensure smooth operational compliance.
* Land Management: Handling the administrative lifecycle of land certificates and external stakeholder coordination.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated candidates who possess both academic excellence and a proactive mindset. To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Achievement: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.15 out of 4.0.
