## Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following educational and performance criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year status in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Accounting, or Engineering Management.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience: We welcome applications from high-potential fresh graduates.
* Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning and logical thinking skills are essential.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex logical formulas.
