## Position Overview: HVAC Operator
As an HVAC Operator at our Depok facility, you will play a vital role in maintaining the optimal climate control and environmental conditions necessary for precision electronics manufacturing. Your daily efforts will directly support our operational efficiency and workplace safety.
Core Responsibilities
To ensure our facility runs smoothly, your day-to-day duties will encompass several critical technical functions:
* Preventative Maintenance: Execute structured preventative maintenance schedules for all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to prevent unexpected downtime.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough, systematic checks of equipment performance, identifying potential anomalies before they escalate into major issues.
* Minor Repairs: Perform swift and effective minor repairs on HVAC units, components, and associated electrical or mechanical systems.
* System Monitoring: Continuously monitor HVAC system parameters, gauges, and automated controls to guarantee optimal energy efficiency and climate regulation.

Essential Qualifications
Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK). Candidates holding a specialized degree in Cooling and Air Conditioning Engineering (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara*) will be given strong preference.
* Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age at the time of application.
* Shift Work Readiness: Fully prepared and flexible to work within a rotating shift system to maintain 24/7 facility readiness.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in executing preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and minor troubleshooting for HVAC systems.
* Geographical Availability: Willing and ready to be placed at our Depok Factory.
