Candidate Qualifications
To ensure we maintain our high standards of production accuracy, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Female, between 20 and 24 years old.
2. Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 155 cm.
3. Education: High School graduate (SMA / SMK or equivalent).
4. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience within a manufacturing or fabrication company (highly preferred).
5. Technical Competencies:
* Ability to operate specialized blade manufacturing machinery.
* Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, including Microscopes, Peak Micrometers, and Calipers.
6. Soft Skills: Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, capable of maintaining a fast working pace, and possessing strong problem-solving habits.
