## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure seamless integration into our fast-paced project environment, applicants must meet the following professional and educational standards:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
* Industry Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on, relevant experience within the Power Plant, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or heavy construction sectors.
* Preferred Background: Prior working experience within a Korean multinational corporation or engineering firm will be considered a significant advantage.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English is mandatory for technical reporting and stakeholder communication.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CAD software, and other industry-standard engineering or drafting applications.
* Work Arrangement: Must be fully willing to be stationed at our Suralaya Site Office in Cilegon, Banten, on a non-rotation schedule under a contract employment basis.
