## Job Vacancy: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
As an LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer, you will be at the heart of commercial operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales agreements and cargo deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP): Compile comprehensive data and information to develop the ADP, mapping out DSLNG shipping schedules and projected deliveries to guarantee timely execution and successful negotiations.
* Client Coordination & SPA Implementation: Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate directly with buyers under supervisory guidance to effectively enforce LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), including pricing adjustments and contract terms.
* Contractual Procedures: Prepare necessary operational procedures, draft SPA addenda, conduct correlation tests, and coordinate surveyor appointments alongside seller representatives to ensure punctuality in LNG deliveries.
* Cargo Operations & Documentation: Manage all cargo dispatch activities, drafting discharge instructions and securing port authority clearances to maintain complete and valid documentation for every shipment.
* Inventory Management: Formulate accurate weekly inventory management plans, coordinate with on-site teams, and schedule shipments to proactively address future delivery timelines.
* Billing & Commercial Calculations: Execute accurate calculations and draft billing statements linked to LNG cargoes based on the Japan Crude Cocktail (JCC) to safeguard DSLNG’s commercial interests.
* Spot Agreements & Vessel Chartering: Handle spot cargo agreements and oversee vessel management programs, including spot ship chartering, ensuring optimal vessel availability aligned with inventory loading schedules.
* Reporting & Documentation: Generate periodic internal and external reports, management reviews, and tender documents to deliver accurate, timely data.
* Budget Administration: Oversee the marketing and sales department budget, delivering regular performance reports to ensure expenditures remain aligned with approved financial plans.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is strongly preferred.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial working experience within the oil and gas industry.
* Employment Status: Permanent position subject to a standard 3-month probationary period.
