Candidate Qualifications
* Gender and Physical Requirements: Male candidates, maximum age of 27 years old, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
For Agronomy:* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation.
For Traction/Mill Engineering:* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Processing Engineering.
* Experience & Readiness: Preference is given to fresh graduates who possess relevant internship or field experience within palm oil plantations. Candidates must be willing to undergo a rigorous training program and commit to a three-year service bond.
