## Current Vacancies
1. Coal Procurement Support (Urgent)
This position is designed for professionals who are ready to manage the complex logistics of fuel procurement while supporting our broader supply chain operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring our power generation remains uninterrupted.
* Manage coal-related documentation, delivery scheduling, and administrative coordination.
* Oversee invoicing, settlement procedures, and compliance with ISO requirements.
* Develop expertise in coal sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally within the coal, mining, or energy sectors.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English (verbal and written).
* Ability to travel to remote mining locations as required.
* Proven track record in managing ISO-standard documentation.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with PLN, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
2. Plant Operator
We are seeking experienced technical professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our supercritical boiler power plant.
* Manage field operations within turbine, boiler, Water Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP), and Balance of Plant (BOP) areas.
* Enforce and implement Permit to Work (PTW) protocols to ensure workplace safety.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Field Operator in a Coal-Fired Power Plant (CFPP), or 3–4 years of experience as a WTP Helper.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred for Field Operators) or a Technical Vocational background (for Helpers).
* Direct experience with large-capacity plants (above 660 MW) utilizing Super Critical Boilers is highly preferred.
* Professional certification or relevant licenses are considered a significant advantage.
* Active English communication skills.
* Willingness to be based in Cirebon.
