## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our operations maintain the highest levels of quality and safety, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant role.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is required for all positions.
* Certifications:
* Must hold a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* For positions 4 and 5 (Trainers), a valid TOT (Training of Trainer) certification is mandatory.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our mining operations in South Kalimantan.
