## Position Overview: Green Operator (Code: MINING – GREEN OPERATOR)
The Green Operator role is vital to our daily production cycle. You will be responsible for operating hauling trucks with a focus on safety, efficiency, and strict adherence to operational standards. Beyond driving, the role encompasses the responsible management and maintenance of heavy machinery to ensure peak performance and accident-free operations.
Core Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMK or equivalent).
* Residency: Must be a local resident of the Pesanggaran District (mandatory proof via KTP, Family Card, or domicile letter).
* Driving Skills: Ability to operate four-wheeled vehicles; possession of a valid SIM A is highly preferred.
* Documentation: Must provide a valid, current Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Physical & Mental Fitness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Professional Mindset: High motivation, a strong desire to develop into a professional heavy equipment operator, and a deep commitment to workplace safety protocols.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo and complete both the "Off the Job" and "On the Job" Green Operator training modules.
