## 1. Legal Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal professional to ensure our operations remain compliant, secure, and legally sound.
Key Responsibilities
* Land Management: Manage land acquisition processes, including coordination with local landowners, government agencies, and ATR/BPN offices.
* Asset Integrity: Ensure all property assets are documented, clear, and clean.
* Documentation: Draft, review, and revise essential legal documents, such as agreements, addendums, and contracts.
* Business Support: Assist business units with legal operations, contract negotiations with partners, and daily legal inquiries.
* Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research for acquisitions, corporate actions, and agreement reviews.
* Corporate Governance: Maintain and update legal documentation for the company and its subsidiaries, while overseeing new subsidiary establishment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Corporate Law or Notary/PPAT environments.
* Strong understanding of land acquisition, property asset maintenance, legal permits, and agrarian law.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
* Possession of an advocate license is considered a significant advantage.
* A dedicated team player with a willingness to undertake business travel and a fast-paced adaptability to the BUMN (AKHLAK) corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Risk Framework: Structuring and maintaining the company’s risk register.
* Reporting: Preparing regular risk management reports and performance metrics as requested by executive management.
* Monitoring: Continuous tracking and evaluation of risk results against established registers.
* Data Analytics: Providing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive statistical data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in risk management, business assessment, or asset evaluation.
* Comprehensive knowledge of PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regarding Risk Management.
* Professional certification such as CRMO (Certified Risk Management Officer) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
* Strong analytical skills paired with effective interpersonal communication.
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
