1. Corporate Institutional Relations & Marketing Staff
Division: Institutional Relations and Corporate Transformation
* Develop strategic programs, work plans, and policies regarding institutional relations and corporate marketing.
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, industry associations, and business partners.
* Prepare high-level documentation, including presentations, proposals, and official correspondence.
* Drive corporate communication, branding, and market positioning initiatives.
* Perform comprehensive market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
* Monitor and execute project timelines to ensure targets are achieved in compliance with company standards.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience in external relations, corporate communications, or stakeholder engagement.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis, research, and technical presentation creation (MS PowerPoint).
* Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English is considered a significant advantage.
* Employment Status: Contract-based (PKWT).
2. Marine Electrical Staff
* Apply technical expertise to marine electrical systems and schematics.
* Provide support for classification and inspection protocols.
* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards for maritime electrical infrastructure.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Marine Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Comprehensive understanding of marine electrical systems and technical drawings.
* Familiarity with automation and control systems is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Previous experience in a marine electrical or shipyard environment is an advantage.
* Work Placement: North Jakarta.
