## Essential Requirements for Candidates
To ensure operational excellence and safety on board our tankers, all applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the same rank specifically on Oil/Chemical Tanker vessels.
* Certifications: Must hold valid STCW 2010 certificates with a minimum remaining validity of 18 months.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in handling SIRE inspections and Vetting processes is mandatory.
* Documentation: Possession of a valid Passport and Seaman Book.
* Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication within an international crew.
* Fitness and Character: Candidates must be medically fit for duty and demonstrate a professional, positive attitude.
