## Job Title: Weighing Operator (Operator Timbang)
The Weighing Operator plays a critical role in the production supply chain, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency in handling raw materials and packaging components.
Core Responsibilities
* Material Reception and Storage: Receive incoming raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring proper handling and safe storage in designated warehouse locations.
* Material Preparation: Accurately pick, stage, and prepare required raw materials and packaging components based on production schedules.
* Weighing Operations: Execute precise weighing procedures for raw materials in strict accordance with batch records and standard operating procedures.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Vocational high school graduate (SMK) majoring in Pharmacy.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Weighing Operator or within a closely related manufacturing role.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate Microsoft Office applications, precision weighing equipment, and relevant inventory management systems.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional speed, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy in daily tasks.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB/CDOB) standards.
