1. Barge Escort Operator
This role is vital for ensuring the safe transit and handling of marine transport operations associated with refinery logistics.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Work Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in maritime operations, preferably within the palm oil or related agribusiness sectors.
* Core Competencies:
* Proven expertise in managing escort operations, anchoring procedures, and cargo loading/unloading activities.
* Solid understanding of maritime navigation principles and safety protocols.
* Proficiency in operating marine communication devices, including VHF Radio, AIS, and GPS.
* Comprehensive knowledge of tugboat escort standard operating procedures (SOP).
