Technical & Engineering Roles
* Environment: Focus on biodiversity management, rehabilitation, and environmental compliance.
* Geotechnical & Survey: Assist in drone mapping, spatial data processing, and mine planning support.
* Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical): Specialized training for engineering graduates to maintain processing plants and heavy equipment.
* Mining (MIN01 & MIN02): Support daily operations, short-term planning, and pit design optimization.
* Mine Geology: Participate in grade control, geological mapping, and mineral analysis.
* Operation TSF: Gain hands-on experience in tailings storage facility operations and dam engineering.
* Facilities & Services: Utilize civil engineering expertise for structural design and site development.
