NICU/Perinatal Coordinator
This leadership role requires a professional committed to neonatal excellence. Key qualifications include:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Active Nursing Registration (STR), plus specialized certifications in NICU, BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), or relevant intensive care unit training.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in NICU/PICU clinical or leadership roles.
* Competencies: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a deep understanding of ward management protocols.
Inpatient Ward Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive manager to oversee our inpatient care standards. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Active Nursing Registration (STR) and a current BTCLS certificate.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Unit-in-Charge or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and strong managerial capabilities.
* Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with certified training in Ward Management will be given priority.
