Our Management Trainee (MT) program is an intensive development gateway designed for fresh graduates and ambitious young professionals. Core Eligibility Requirements for All MT Streams
To qualify for any of our Management Trainee positions, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Academic Excellence: A minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Age and Status: Applicants must be no older than 28 years and hold a single status.
