1. Production Operator (Forming)
This role is essential for the transformation of molten glass into high-quality glass blocks within the C3 production line.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee forming activities to ensure molten glass is accurately molded into blank glass blocks.
* Monitor production processes to identify and eliminate defects, maximizing output efficiency.
* Implement quality and environmental standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Participate in mandatory training to ensure skill alignment with job requirements.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* At least 1 year of experience in a production operator role.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Must be comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and noisy environment.
* Available for shift work in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator (Packing)
The focus of this position is the secure and efficient handling of finished glass products using automated machinery.

* Operate palletizer and shrink machines in the IS Production area to prevent product damage.
* Ensure packaging volume and efficiency meet specific production targets and packing orders.
* Maintain adherence to quality, health, and environmental safety protocols.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience.
* Able to operate computer systems.

* Must be willing to work shifts in the Cikarang facility.
3. Production Operator (Screen Printing)

* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute manual packaging processes for finished goods within the Printing & Packing section.
* Manage printing and packing sequences to reach daily production goals.
* Support site-wide quality improvement programs.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum SMK degree.
* 1 year of hands-on production experience.
* Proficient in basic computer operation.
* Must meet the physical requirement of 165 cm height.
* Ready to adapt to shift work and challenging environmental conditions in Cikarang.
4. Production Unit Head (Screen Printing)
For experienced leaders, this management position oversees the performance and operational excellence of the printing department.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage production budgets, including labor and overtime costs.
* Oversee the entire screen production and bottle printing operational cycle.
* Supervise packaging workflows for printed bottle products.
