## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for the MT 9.0 program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 (a minimum GPA of 3.30 is strictly required for the MT Mill track).
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated strong leadership potential, effective communication, analytical thinking, and robust problem-solving abilities.
* Geographic Flexibility: A willingness to be deployed to any of our operational regions, specifically across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
## Specialized Career Paths

1. MT Field: Open to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Forestry, or related fields.
2. MT Mill: Open to Engineering graduates specializing in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Electronic & Instrumentation.
3. MT Sustainability: Open to graduates of Social Economics, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
4. MT Agronomist: Open to candidates specializing in Agriculture, Ecology/Environment, Genetics, Mathematical Biology, or Life Sciences.
5. MT Hydrologist: Open to graduates of Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
