## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking bright, driven individuals who demonstrate high potential and a commitment to excellence. To qualify for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: A minimum Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.30/4.00.
* Graduation Timeline: Candidates must be graduating no later than August 2026.
* Technical Majors: Degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering are highly preferred for the GMT program.
* Work Experience: A maximum of 2 years of post-graduation work experience.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, fluency in English (verbal and written), and the flexibility to relocate if required by the business.
## The Selection Roadmap
