As a key entity within the KPU Group—an established leader in plantation management and crude palm oil (CPO) production since 2005—we invite ambitious individuals to join our 2024 Management Trainee Program.

With sprawling operations spanning Central, East, and West Kalimantan, as well as Papua, we manage high-performing plantations and state-of-the-art CPO and kernel processing mills. ## 2024 Management Trainee Positions
We are offering structured career pathways across three specialized departments. These roles are designed to provide comprehensive training and fast-track professional development:
1. Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT)
* Focus: Agronomy and field operations.
* Ideal Backgrounds: Agrotechnology, Plant Cultivation, Agribusiness, Forestry, Soil Science, and Agriculture.
2. Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT)
* Focus: Machinery and logistical infrastructure.
* Ideal Backgrounds: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, and Heavy Equipment Engineering.
3. Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT)
* Focus: Financial oversight and operational reporting.
* Ideal Backgrounds: Accounting and Management.
## General Qualifications
To ensure we maintain our high standards of operational excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from an accredited institution.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Professional Traits: High integrity, strong analytical intelligence, and a commitment to career growth within the plantation sector.
## Recruitment and Selection Process
We are conducting recruitment drives across several major cities to identify top-tier talent.
