Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful application, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Academic Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
* Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with a maximum of two years of experience in sales team management.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and a proven, target-oriented mindset.
* Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) is mandatory.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational locations throughout Indonesia.
