The Management Trainee program is designed for future leaders who possess strong analytical skills and a dedication to the food and beverage industry. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or Tourism, or a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred; however, fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
* Location: Candidates must be domiciled in Banyuwangi.

3. QC Inline Production

* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Chemical Analysis, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar quality control role.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in product sampling and routine inspection protocols.
* Environment: Must be comfortable working in cold-temperature environments.
* Location: This position is based in Taman Tekno BSD, South Tangerang.
* Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts to support 24-hour production cycles.
