## Understanding the Role: Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator specializing in FCT Fusebox operations, you will serve as a vital link in our manufacturing chain. Your daily contributions directly impact our ability to deliver flawless, high-performance electronic components to the automotive industry.
* SMT Production Execution: Safely and accurately operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines to maintain optimal output.
* Changeover & Material Management: Execute seamless line changeovers during product type transitions while proactively managing component replenishment to hit strict daily production quotas.
* Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct rigorous, routine visual checks on PCB (Printed Circuit Board) printing and assembly outcomes to intercept and eliminate defective units.
* Basic Troubleshooting: Perform preliminary diagnostics and resolution for minor machine errors, minimizing downtime.
* Preventive Maintenance Support: Assist engineering teams with scheduled routine maintenance to extend machinery lifespans.
* 6S Workplace Standards: Uphold rigorous 6S methodologies (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across your designated workspace.
* Cross-Functional Execution: Carry out additional operational duties and adhere strictly to work instructions delegated by line leaders or supervisors.
## Candidate Profile: Requirements and Qualifications

* Technical Familiarity: Deep working knowledge of SMT electronic materials, backed by demonstrable experience in electronic product manufacturing, assembly, and soldering.
* Operational Skills: Proven proficiency in operating SMT machinery and executing manual electronic soldering techniques.
