## Role Responsibilities
As a Site Logistics Administrator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that resources are tracked, managed, and optimized to support our ongoing construction and mining projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Data Management: Accurately recording and updating all incoming and outgoing inventory data.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
* Procurement Support: Monitoring material consumption and initiating purchase requests to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Documentation: Ensuring that all shipping and logistics paperwork is thoroughly documented and filed for compliance.
* Inventory Control: Leading and participating in periodic physical stock-taking exercises alongside the warehouse team.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Gender/Age: Male, with a maximum age of 35 years.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field are highly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or administration.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Accurate, or similar logistics software) will be considered a significant advantage.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of vehicle spare parts, specifically for Light Vehicles (LV) and buses.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at our site in Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan.
