## Role Overview: Fuel Attendant
As a Fuel Attendant at BP AKR, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing our customers with a seamless refueling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will be vital to maintaining our high standards of service and safety:
* Customer Engagement: Provide a warm welcome to every customer, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their visit.
* Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address customer needs by recommending relevant products, services, and current promotions.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain the fuel station to the highest standards, ensuring the facility remains clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
* Sales Management: Efficiently manage Point of Sale (POS) systems for accurate transaction processing.
* Brand Advocacy: Serve as a knowledgeable representative of BP AKR, sharing product expertise and service information with our clientele.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be placed in the Jabodetabek, West Java, or East Java regions.
* Work Structure: Capacity to work in a rotating shift system.
* Experience: Prior experience in the retail industry is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
